We want you to be happy with your purchase. The following policy applies to all orders from the Mosely Media LLC shop.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Signed books
Signed books are final sale and may not be returned for a refund — except in cases where the book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Merchandise
Merchandise (drinkware, decals, apparel, and other non-book items) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in original condition with original packaging.
How to request a return
Customers must contact Mosely Media LLC before returning any items. Email moselymediallc@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll provide return instructions.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Mosely Media LLC (incorrect item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.). For approved returns due to our error, we will cover return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Bank or card processing times may add additional days.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at moselymediallc@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Bulk orders
Bulk orders may have separate return arrangements established at the time of purchase. Please refer to your bulk order agreement.
