Shipping Policy

Processing time

Signed books and merchandise require processing time before shipment. Signed books are personally signed by the author, which means orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days of order placement. Merchandise orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches or holidays, processing may take longer — we'll communicate any delays.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

Domestic shipping

Domestic (United States) shipping is available at launch. We use standard carriers such as USPS and UPS.

International shipping

International shipping may be added in the future. If you're outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please email moselymediallc@gmail.com to ask about availability.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please report it within 14 days of the expected delivery date to moselymediallc@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We'll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Bulk orders

Bulk orders (book clubs, libraries, organizations, USO locations, veteran groups, workplaces, and community partners) may require separate shipping arrangements. To request a bulk order, please contact us.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, but we'll do our best to help if there's an issue — reach out as soon as possible.
